Not sure what caused the wrinkle but it is post strike damage.

May? not be a vise job, but certainly post mint compression or impact damage.

Can't rule out a vise, but... Could have been caused by a mallet coming down on wood--with the coin immediately underneath. All kinds of possibilities. Anyway, I see PMD.
