@chronos, sorry but I'm only seeing a silver quarter worn down to the point where the rim is into the tops of the letters in the inscriptions. I would only assign a value corresponding to its weight in silver, with perhaps a little novelty bonus for being so far from home.

Maybe seeing that on the edge of your coin at 6:00 on the reverse as already mentioned.
