2016 P Nickel - Struck-Through Grease-Filled Die?

Reguy65 New Member United States 7 Posts	Posted 12/30/2020 12:11 am Hey Chase007, It does have scratches that are definitely PMD, but I think that would be expected for a coin circulating 27 years. The affected area is perfectly smooth with just the surface scratches you noted, so I ruled out wear or mechanical grinding, for why the detail reliefs are missing. Report this Post to the Staff
