Well I got back my 8 free submissions and a few more, this one was my free quarterly grade. From what I have seen come back they are getting real tough on these-

You-Vs-PCGS-1931-S-Lincoln

MS63RB

Nice coin! I might have to say MS63 RB due to the concentration of marks between the "N" and "T" on the reverse. It is possible that a concentration of marks like this may affect the overall appeal in the eyes of many graders.

Hate to say it...PCGS MS-62RB as well. However, I think it deserves MS-63 RB.

MS62RB as well. The reverse holds this grade down for me. Much nicer obverse with only a couple spots. nlp
