this are 2 differ 1929 d pennys I'm not sure what it is but something with the mint mark is different from the 2 and I'm new at this and I'm not sure what it is of its anything sorry about the pics my phone is not the best

Locations were punched into each die by hand. So the locations and some sizes/widths can vary because of the punching.

Perhaps one of your mint marks is filled with a die chip ("broken post")?

Mintmark is filled like @Coinfrog stated or it may have been hit in circulation

AS an aside, the bottom coin is a nice solid coin. Early die state ( triangle on the left side of the bowtie, hair and ear detail, creases on the shoulder of the jacket) in probably an AU50 range.

Not worth a ton of money but a much more than average coin, even for the grade.
