Considering there are two really strong RPMs for this date, this one is remarkably easy to miss. I found this one in a group of MS coins I got and nearly passed it by. Not sure this is one that could easily be found on a circulated coin, but probably lots of them floating around as they are just so hard to see in-hand without just the right lighting.
