Please look at the difference in 2017 P pennies.

One looks blurry and slightly doubled, is this Machine Doubling?

In each set of images, the first one is a later die state coin. (More die wear) Also showing die polishing on TRUST.

Can't be a RPM, they stopped in 1990.

I think the first coin appears in general to be less sharp than the second coin just so slightly (camera focus issue), and then I think both coins are suffering for glare doubling, so no, I don't see Machine Doubling or split plating issues. So to summarize, I believe there are camera focus here (so no apples to apples comparison), and then glare doubling in both coins.

Focus on camera was the exact same for each coin the the blurring is on the coin not the camera focus issue. I made sure of that.
