Looks like it's struck through a capped die. As for value I'd try searching past sales on ebay.

Hopefully these photos are a bit better. Reverse side is a normal Wheat cent , no visible date on obverse inn let you check them out and see my eyes aren't good obviously

Strange to be like this, Anyway is wrote one cent united states America. By the color of the coin I will go more versus 1909-1942 or 1947-1958 when mint add tin in the alloy, so those coins are more yellowish color. COOP I thing so can pronounce better. Must be around 3.11gr. I saw others in the same stile but the mirror projection was not so big. I looked also close to the wheat and seam to be the legit ones.
