The pics are a bit hard to make out but I don't think your coin is a type H .
Here is my example to compare to.

1970-D-Type-H-Quarter

Based on your second picture, unfortunately your quarter is not a TYPE H- RDV-008.

Check this info below and scroll down to the RDV008, Type H.

Unfortunately, this is not the Type H Reverse on your coin.


Keep looking, they are out there!

* I have found all 4 years 1969D, 1970D, 1971D and 1972D with the RDV-008 Type H Reverse roll searching*

Does not appear to be type H. The leaf would curl above the tips of the arrows on a type H.
