the new photos are much better to assess from. the coin is quite lifeless. I was at AU58/MS63 leaning AU but I think this coin could be MS albeit on the low side. the rub area to the right of the eagle is a concern to me as I dont think that would occur naturally. someone may have attempted to soften the scratches in that area. MS61/62 possible altered surface

Wonder what the coin looks like in-hand under different light sources. The 'dullness' could be a function of the photography set up. I'm still good with MS62.

The second set of photos is much better. Whether AU-58 or low MS, the luster is definitely muted, perhaps from a past dipping? I'm leaning towards an AU slider.
