Very hard to grade an uncirculated bill from a photo.
All I can say without having the bill in hand is that it is either UNC or CUNC

Hold it to a light source and look for counting flicks, almost all 1000 will have some flicks

Agree, virtually impossible to evaluate high-grade paper money from pics or scans.

But if one clicks the image it gets pretty big & edge folds & other impairments show up on both sides. From the image, I'd say its had some circulation & guesstimate conservatively AU50-58

I can see some short, horizontal creases/folds/ bends......Extra Fine 45.....I doubt this would attract a premium unfortunately.

I agree with walk2dwater. Either lightly circulated or perhaps improper storage. AU grade in my opinion.
