Hi y'all. Happy 4th of July. I recently came into the contents of my fathers iron piggy bank. He was born in '54 and passed at 48 in 2001. This the youngest of the pennies. I'm keeping all, but would like to separate the "shinier" coins and keep them for my kiddos.
I'm still so new I'm not confident enough give a grading estimate. Is a shiny brown just a brown or does it make it a red brown? hope to get a better understanding of color so I can write them down for my kids later on. And if anyone wants to help me with quick grading of the older coins, I would be open to emailing a set of 8-12 pictures.
Again this is just for my personal learning experience. I appreciate the help!
Please don't kill me for the rotated pictures, I've rotated them and rotated them again.
Both examples in natural sunlight and indoor lighting.
How do I keep them from rotating or reverting back. The photo shows face up in my library. My html skills are dusty to say the least. Thank you for your expertise
your viewer must be rotating them, instead look at them locally via a browser, and if they appear right side up in the browser, they should also for the rest of us after you upload them
