Lighting And Or Diffuser Suggestions?

I tried to use external lighting some of the USB scopes but they were "tuned" for their internal lighting, and white balance was impossible to compensate. If your scope has a white balance adjust capability, you could disable your internal lights and build a diffuser for use with external lights, thus giving you a lot more flexibility. But if you can't do white balance, you are pretty much stuck with the internal lights unless you're willing to shoot with a gray reference background and adjust white balance on each shot.
