Unfamiliar Coin. Found At A Fleamarket.

BigMACK New Member United States 7 Posts	Posted 02/18/2009 06:49 am Hi everyone. My wife and I were scouring through our local flea market and stumpled onto this coin like I have never seen. I don;t even know if it is authentic. I am a new collector learning everything. Image: coin.jpg 4.63 KB Can any of you tell me what this is? Or should I take it to a local collector? I'd need to see the other side to confirm it's identity, and better pics might help in checking it's identity, but I believe it's this one, an antoninianus of British rebel emperor Postumus. Reverse type SERAPI COMITI AVG (Serapis, Companion of the Emperor) depicting the god Serapis standing. That one sold for $135.
