This quarter make me crazy. Is not the FS-103 but not far from. I put the original FS-103 photos as is post on PCGS for compare. From Liberty I post just the B (meddle left side, same as the originals)

Photo No 4 show that is missing the JF? All the others years has, I pass all coins from 1932 till 1970. I do not have other 1943.

Any suggestion for?

Your coin looks normal, just a little circulation wear. The JF is still there just really worn down, I can make out the bottom of the letters.

That PCGS coin is NOT FS-103, I don't see any doubling there. You sure you grabbed the right photo? See here: https://www.PCGS.com/coinfacts/coin...016-7/145620

Thanks Tan. Yes I post the correct FS-103.

What made me crazy is the fact that the motto has the characteristic of the mismatch of the letters Up Down and Left, which in the clear normal coin do not exist. I remember that for this year was 4 or 5 variants of this DDO.

A lot of DDO's that year. Probably the best thing to do is to find a graded circulated example with circulation flattening on the the motto area. Then make side by sides of you coin to that coin and see if the devices are the same size as the normal coin. If so, then that is what you have. That would is always the first step to do on a circulated coin. Then you know that the devices are larger/smaller/normal on both coins. Then you have your answer.

If wonder it there was an issue with a doubled working hub that year with so many different doubled dies. (but considering the time, they were probably using the help that they could, get during the war years?)
