Its possible in a few cases where someone might prefer a specific mint, The bags interestingly were equal so I dont think anyone is really preferring a mint here, but in this case more likely some people just wanted a single roll to have one rather than both mints due to a lack of funds since its only the cheaper rolls that had a difference as a thought.
