I found a 1965 that looks like it could be due to clipped planchet, but I figured I'd ask the experts

Is this just a heavily damaged dime. PMD. It's had a tough life.

The overall condition of the coin make me think it all just PSD or Post Strike Damage. Clips are usually a curved or straight shape where material is missing before the strike. All of the rim of this coin just seems damaged. Parking Lot coin?

Coins that look like that are almost always from being damaged from a parking lot.

to the CCF and The first thing to remember or learn is that when you have a cut, gouge, scratch, or damage into the surface of a coin with a corresponding piling up of metal, 99% of the time it's damage.
