Thanks for the comment. That example had lost alot of definition when it was hammered. This is a well defined blue/purple color is this my final answer? Thanks

Agreed, Texas Cent.

There are a thousand ways to alter the color of a copper coated zinc cent, none of which occur at the mint. Does not really matter which one was used on your coin, it's all damage.
