I was going through the 2023 Charlton Catalogue, that I picked up recently, and noticed a premium for the V/G prefix on the 1954 Modified $2.00 note. For example M/G-U/G prefixes (10,000,000 printed each) have a range from $2 to $22 and the V/G prefix has a range from $5 to $40.
I was curious if anyone knows why, since there was still 8,560,000 printed.
Turns out, I have a few that I got from my bank over the years.
