Looks to be in XF to AU condition and would be worth a few hundred dollars to the right collector. If it were mine I'd go with a ridiculous Buy It Now price on ebay with Best Offers considered. I have to assume the condition of wear devalues the note. Agreed that Steve is our paper money master and when he weighs in you should consider that to be the expert opinion you seek. It looks to be right in-between being called Minor and Moderate on a lightly circulated note. The 1970s and 1980s were notorious for error notes. Uncirculated, it's valued at $500 and up. However, I would be more inclined to buy one in AU or UNC EPQ. Eyeballing yours, I recommend you sell it "as is" (& let the buyer decide what condition) rather then pay for a TPG opinion which could easily throw off a lot of potential buyers.
