1964 D Jefferson Nickel Edge Lamination

FTJR New Member United Kingdom 22 Posts	Posted 07/08/2024 1:54 pm Hi everyone, I have a poor condition 1964 D nickel. Around the rim, there looks to be some damage or alteration to the metal. More prevalent around 'In God We Trust' and thinner in other areas. I was actually looking for laminations to nickels, following your help on another coin recently but not sure this is a LAM. I did find a thread somewhere with a similar rim, same mint and year which someone felt could be 'foiling' as a result of PMD. Any help much appreciated as always. Report this Post to the Staff
