This coin is labeled uncirculated details planchet flaw. I got it off of ebay for $16. Apparently all of the other bidders thought it was cleaned or something but if you don't pay $75 for a mint error label, this is what they do. Some of this is definitely pre strike but there is a minor clamshell lam that is definitely post strike. What do you think?
