For a VF, I would expect to see more detail on the crown, and some semblance of the dots on the shields in the centre. What I find more interesting, is that the A in REGINA is almost unbarred. I graded it originally as F, but on looking at it again today, I was wondering if it would make VF, especially after looking at the PGCS images, where this AU55 shows no dots on the shields.
