I'm just enjoying seeing all the neat coins. Once we hit the 1570s and 1560s we'll see a bunch of Elizabeth I silver I'm sure! Sadly I won't be able to participate until we reach 1305... my collection has a big gap between 1305 and 1699

Mine falls over the cliff after 1806.

Nothing *after* 1806, or nothing *before* it? Most of mine are post-1800, largely because they're easier to get hold of. But I do have a growing collection of 18th century copper. The silver is too expensive for me right now!

Well, if you start on page one, you might find the answer.

But if you do not...

After in the direction of this thread, or before when you follow time's arrow.

My oldest coin is 1806.

My bad. No caffeine yet today. Looking back now... amusing that it took over 400 pages to get out of the 20th century and only 200 to go back another 300 years!

@dgw, you might enjoy looking at at least some of the previous seven editions of this thread. While it is true that one any one of these threads there are only a few folks posting regularly once we are back to the 16th Century, over the years there have been a decent number of folks who have participated. This particular thread it seems to be @tdz and myself, but other threads have other posters.

I apologize for my mostly-prolonged absence but I'm still alive and kicking.
