Hello,
Some elements on the coin looks unusual to me , on the observe , the eight looks weird the D in god contain extra metal.On the reverse we can see a doibling on E and R?
What do you think is it a variety or error?

The 8 in the date looks odd, but it doesn't look like the 1918/7-S overdate. Plus, the mintmark is in the wrong position for the overdate. Probably just a regular 18-S with some hits.

Looks like top of 8 took a hit and got "squished" a tiny bit. No idea what you are seeing on the E & R on the reverse.
