in a coin auction I bought a lot of English coins 1660-1900. and in them was a coin with the inscription ANNA DEI GRAT obverse there is something else written but which I do not understand. 3.34gr Copper 20.5mm !
Can someone help me tell me what this coin is!! Thank you

@eza, first welcome to CCF. Second, this looks like a pretty good match for this 18th Century British bronze medal or counter found at the British Museum (link: https://www.britishmuseum.org/colle...ct/C_M-9293). That would make the inscriptions ANNA DEI GRAT and ALL FOR LOVE.

I'm quite sure it isn't a US coin, so I'm going to move this thread over to our token subforum and hopefully someone can confirm the attribution or offer a gentle correction.
