So I have this 1977 D penny and uhhh I have no words! I know right crazy! So many issues on the obverse! Not sure why date has 2 different looking 7s or what is going on with his head....help lol
His ear is way to big....

So the missing part on bridge of nose and the mouth/chin are wear and tear? And his ear?

We're also seeing the result of aggressive die polishing--neck area and bridge of nose.

Neck, nose, cheek, mouth all those ares are common to have grease and being over polished. The bent devices are a result of being hit by objects.
