I don't see any errors. Can you describe what you are seeing?

Bicentennial quarters are quite common, although people do enjoy a specimen in nice condition.

It is not rare and is common. There were over 800 million struck in Denver alone, the small D mintmark on the obverse/heads side shows it's from Denver. Unless it is in a high mint state or an error, which it does not appear to be, it is worth only face value. I think they are neat though and people seem to like them and keep them.

As stated above, the coin itself is indeed found in circulation even today. Not rare.
If you are seeing an error/something specific you'll need to point it out.

its on his face I see letter all over sorry for pic ill try to do better and has letteres on face hand I hve two look like s inside the d both diffterent but same factors
