1991 Quarter Partial Collar Error? - Coin Community Forum

obieblue New Member United States 15 Posts	Posted 01/11/2025 04:46 am I found this quarter in pocket change 7 months ago, I believe that its a partial collar error with forced blockage 260 degrees on the rim of the reverse.
