Hi All, sorry I don't believe this is the place to post these coins, but I cannot find a link for british coins. Can someone please direct me to the correct place to post these? Or possibly answer my question here? I have two coins shown and I'm not sure if they were minted with the "dents" on them or if this is PMD. It's odd as I've never seen damage like this before. Any thoughts on either of these coins would be greatly appreciated!!

Definitely PMD. The poor old bronze halfpennies and pennies had the advantage of being big but having a low face value, and bored schoolkids would try out their metalwork tools on them, kick them around the schoolyard, put them down on railroad tracks and do all kinds of things to them. Quite apart from accidental damage in parking lots and slot machines.
