I knew the Mint was zinc rot. does that create the circle as well? I tried looking on err-ref but might have been looking in wrong section. Thanks again

The zinc rot does create the circle I believe.

I seen some before around bottom of the mint mark. I just haven't seen one that large I guess hahaha
