Looks more like a lamination issue to me.

Greasy, is a lamination crack not a lamination issue, or is there a more proper term to use?

I'd taken this crack in the lamination to be a lamination crack, but I suppose flaking would also fit. The example on error-ref is certainly more straight / defined.

Not sure if it is called a lamination issue or a lamination crack, but it is a nice find!
