1991 Penny - Another Oddity?

Hey Folks,

Here is another penny from my oddity stash. The yellow circle appears to show a reverse "19", the blue arrow a chin, and the red circle shows a reverse "B RTY". It appears maybe this coin flipped onto the next coin and was punched in reverse, but I am not sure if that is possible. I appreciate your thoughts. Thanks!

@scr, yes it is an oddity, but unfortunately not one made at the mint. This looks more like a so-called vise-job, where more than one coin is squished together and the result is that there is some design transfer between coins.
