Won this coin at auction on ebay for $79. Mint state examples in PCGS holders sell for way more than I am willing to commit to a nickel, so I was happy to get this coin in a CAC holder at AU58. Luster is very nice, all coin details are still razor sharp.

I have wanted a nice specimen of this coin for a while, as 1946 5¢ FS-801 was the first classic doubled die that I found from coin roll hunting. https://goccf.com/t/449539
