moderator: please move this to the appropriate forum if this is not the correct one.

I have been reading lately about Redfield Silver Dollars, as I bought some in the late 1970's. There was a comment about wooden boxes that were given out and I realized I had one put away. I tried google and ebay, but was unable to find any for sale or any real pictures of the 7 slab holder box, so I thought I would post my pictures. This is an original box and I have the letter from Paramount that it came with.
I would be curious if there is any value to this box, it obviously has some scrapes but no dents or major abnormalities. Per a letter that came with the box, it is made of mahogany. Thanks for looking.

I moved it to Supplies/Etc. If it does not get much traffic, we can move it to Main to widen the audience.

That is an impressive box! It reminds me of the Lighthouse box I used to hold my PCGS Ike set. Like, a predecessor version.

Interesting box.

Can you show us a photo of the letter from Paramount? That would add some valued context.

It would be a lot more interesting, and valuable, if it still had the slabbed coins in it!

I'd advise against that or at least block out some of the letter...due to counterfeiters.

Would like to see how the slabs fit/look in it thou.

Hi,
This is the bottom half of the letter that mentions the box. Sorry I can't show how they fit as the slabs are not at home. I bought 8 of them from Paramount in the late 1970's so maybe that is why they sent me a free box...

Sounds like you still have the coins, too! That's a huge plus! Congrats an astute purchase and investment!

Would love to see pics of those sometime!
