adam126402 Pillar of the Community United States 913 Posts	Posted 01/11/2026 10:44 pm The date is located on the pedestal on which liberty stands. This is a type 2a or 2b, not sure, but definitely not type 1. Standing Liberty quarter 1917-1930. The mint mark on the type 2 was to the right of the lowest star on the left just above the pedestal. The date on the type 2 was recessed some to maintain the legibility of the date. Grade wise this is in the PO-1 or FR-2 range. Edited by adam126402 01/11/2026 10:45 pm Report this Post to the Staff
