1918 LWC Possible Error?

I've looked at this coin and I can't figure out if this is just PMD, a Retained Cud, or lamination. I know the other stuff on the front is PMD though.
If it is a mint error, would it carry any premium?

My opinion - No.

The coin is very corroded and damaged on the reverse, as well as worn to ~G06 state so whatever that object is most collectors would not pay any premium.

Looks like a Lamination issue to me.

Looks like a lamination but in that condition I doubt there
would much of a premium for it.
