I have this Mailed Bust Left Connecticut colonial with a "straight-reverse" that flips like a medal instead of a coin. AI states this was not uncommon in the early production of these coins. But that's as far as I got and wasn't able to identify specific varieties that could be a match. Figured I'd post it here since I know we have some experts on these to see if perhaps it's attributable based on that.

Edit: Appears to be a 1788 13-A.1, which apparently has a 330-degree reverse die alignment.
