Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74114 Posts	Posted 04/06/2026 7:09 pm Bought an 1813 Classic Head Large Cent and an 1816 Matron Head Large Cent for cheap. For the 1813, I only paid 23.99 plus 4.88 for shipping. The seller made a best offer, and I got the 1813 for cheap. It was scratched, corroded, and cleaned, but I don't care about it being a problem coin. Just needed it to fill a hole in my collection. Normally the 1813 would cost way more money, which would have been way out of my price range. The 1816 was only 7.95, plus 0.78 for shipping. Yes, I know it's badly scratched and damaged, but it was a good deal for me. I'll probably upgrade it later on. I'm on a budget, so I'll have to buy what I can afford.
