Doesn't really seem that bad. It may be worthy of the effort to conserve it - I recently won a 1908-S Indian cent that also has a ED/corrosion details label with the exact intention to give it an acetone/Verdi-care treatment.

Nice looking tough date. Not much damage I can see. I would love that one like that in my book.
