Will need a larger in focus photo of the MM.
The difference is too subtle to tell from that photo.

thank for input very nice. I will se if I ask seller, dont want to alert him if its in the 8 dollar range atm and I doubt he will bother to get another pic for those low dollars. And even if its a type 2 not so much value. studying pics online the type 2 S looks like its leaning right more

The spine looks flat for a type 2, but not 100% sure on that.
Just ask for the date and mm close-up so the seller won't know what you are looking for.
