My first guess was that the reverse says something like 2/PTA DO/CARTA/GENA
but I can't find anything along those lines.
So, probably way off

I largely agree with those inscriptions @tdz, although I am less sure of the initial letters. Also, what is your thought that instead of a number 2, there is actual a 1/2 fraction?
