Looks lower mid MS to me. Not sure how CAC feels about the marks. Shiny surface makes them more pronounced.

Nice GSA. A little too much chatter on the cheek, in the hair, and on the cap curl and back for MS-64. The reverse is a little better, but still has some noise in the fields. As a raw coin on a bourse floor, I'd see it as a solid MS-63. At least with the big three, GSAs get a bit of grace, and I could see this one on the MS-63/MS-64 bubble with those TPGs.
