Hello everyone,I am seeking a attribution review for a 1999D Lincoln Memorial Center that appears to exhibit a cross denomination "Mule" die clash. The coin is in high grade condition with sharp details and full steps visible on the reverse. I have captured the following marker on a digital microscope. OBVERSE;In addition to faint vertical memorial column lines on Lincoln's shoulder, there is a distinct ghost image of a torch profile running diagonally from the bowtie up to the ear area. REVERSE;Located in the central right bay directly to the right of the sitting Lincoln statue there is a "standing figure".
I would appreciate the community thoughts on these overlay markers and advice on submitting this piece for official discovery/error attribution. Thank you!
