Anyone Collectors Or Fans Of 3 Cent Silver Pieces?

I'm saving money for a collection of 3 cent silvers, but I also want to buy a roll of Barber quarters to start a BQ collection. I found a site which only lists them at $130. I'm not sure which one would be easier, because at around $35 a piece for a F-VF Trime, I think I should probaly collect both at the same time. What do you guys think?

At $130 per roll, that's $3.22 for each BQ. You will almost certainly get a bunch of Barber quarters that would grade poor or AG at best, and you may get many of the same date. I would not recommend buying a roll, especially at that price, to start your BQ collection.

I would say buy your Barber quarters individually.

I love the odd value coins (2,3, and 20). These are where I want to go when I'm done with the Peace dollar book. The reverse of these little trimes intrigues me, for some reason. No meaning, just a cool little 3 and c. I want, and need, to learn more about these little coins!

These little trimes are intriguing, especially the 1851 O, the only branch mint trime, with only a small mintage of 720,000. This Trime, for some reason, is my favorite. I wonder why New Orleans minted only 1 date and a total of 720,000 Trimes. I've always had a thing for odd denomination coins too! Especially 3CS and 20C.
