What was the last year when circulating (non-proof) canadian one dollar coins still had silver content? and what Au percentage please? thanks

in fact in 1967 they also produced 50% silver dollar. good luck

The dime and quarter were 80% or 50% in '67. In '68 they were 50% or pure nickel.
The half and dollar were 80% through the end of '67, and pure nickel in '68.
