plucked these from a foriegn coin bin today, I have my fingers crossed that these might grade at or near MS-60. (listed at 30$ in krause at that condition )

Hi, JOE, I would say your 1942 5 cent is a real nice coin, I would give it MS-60, it has a few little dings in the field, but other than that, nice

The 1941 cent, can't really tell, pics are somewhat dark, but it looks EF, quite a common year, with over 56 mil minted.

The 41 looks like maybe EF and the 5 cent appears to have some luster remaining ..Only thing is the marks in the fields and on the reverse rim....At worse it should go AU +
