Hello, I have a 2003 $100 bill with the serial # DL03290303*. It has a couple of pen marks on it and it is in circulated condition. Should I sell it or spend it?
If you think I should sell it give me an idea of how much and where to sell it.

I see pen ink on the front, am I correct? If that is the case then just spend it. Without the pen ink, it might have a 10% premium if you are lucky(provided that it was CU). Of course, you would have to find a buyer for a large denomination bill and that might be the hard part.

. Without the pen marks I might have tried to keep it, but the pen marks destroy the bill .

Even without the marks I'd spend it. Of course it all depend how deep your pockets are.
