I am not proficient at grading this series ...... but I would not buy something that 'shiny' (cleaned?) if it was not in top TPG slab.

I have to agree:no way MS66, Maybe AU 53-55 details, definitely cleaned, WHo or what is "Coin Grading Service", that's 3 strikes....BUYER BEWARE
