The seller wouldn't respond so he filed a claim and got a refund but never returned the coin. Sounds like a similar situation. Report this Post to the Staff

jgfindring Rest in Peace United States 1380 Posts	Posted 08/31/2010 6:21 pm I recently filed a claim with ebay on a seller who sent me three counterfeit Japanese Trade dollar coins. He continuously insisted that even though they weighed 19 grams instead of 27 grams that the difference was wear- they were XF instead of BU and that took off almost 1/3 of the weight. ebay decided in my favor, and had Paypal refund my money even though I vehemently said that I would NOT return the coins, as the seller would just turn around and resell them to someone else as legitimate coins.
